Salvia leaves curled
The pictures of your salvia plants do not look like a plant disease. Check with a magnifying glass for any small insects on the undersides of the leaves that are curled. The spot on the other leaf does not look serious, it may be from a small drop of chemical or fertilizer that caught the suns rays and led to a small sunscald spot. Overall the plants look okay. The weather has fluctuated widely this spring, and salvia prefers warm temperatures and sun.
