Identifying a plant in a flower bed

I just moved to a house that has allot of flower beds that I have no idea what they are could you please help! This plant is growing on the north side, sun all day, have them growing up just randomly in a flower bed. I'm assuming that it's a annual and a flower.

This looks like it could be Mole Spurge Euphorbia lathyrus.

It is a biennial garden plant that can sometimes reseed itself. Drought tolerant and nice flowers.

It is apparently toxic to humans and livestock if ingested.
