Is there any information on How to grow Chestunts from seeed . I do not have acess to a greenhouse . I would like to sprout the seeds then transplant them to a garden area . Later transplanting to the woods.

One of the keys to germinating chestnut seeds is to pre-treat them by placing them cool moist environment for 1 to 3 months prior to planting.
