Planting Saved Seeds

Asked March 1, 2016, 10:58 PM EST

I have followed the instructions for saving peppers, tomatoes, and some herbs. Now What? Is there a trick to planting my seeds? They are in a sealed jar in my fridge. I am excited to try this for the first time. Thank You for any advise, Gordon

Now that you have the seeds, it is just a matter of starting them indoors and then transplanting them to your garden once the temperatures are warm enough. Information on starting the seeds can be found in this USU Extension publication:

Good luck!
