If I need to choose only one nutritious food I will select eggs. Although their high cholesterol content they are packed with important nutrients such as Vitamin B12 , Vitamin A, iron and protein. Because of their versatility, when you go back home you can combine them with other food items you might have available to make them healthier, tastier and colorful. Fruits and vegetables will be an excellent addition! Always remember to follow your doctor's orders about your food intake.
