Red beets don't develope in my garden. most other veges do well. My soil analysis was ok , Ph 6.5. Could it be boron deficiency ?

You might want to have your soil tested for boron. Beets are heavy feeders and tend not to develop well if they do not have enough nutrients, water, have root competition from weeds, insufficient sun, and/or compacted soil . The following link covers what you need to know about beets including how to add boron to your soil. http://extension.umd.edu/growit/vegetable-profiles-beets vw
