Cheese Nutrition Facts Panel
I am supporting a farmer/cheese producer in our community as he builds his state inspected cheese facility here in Dayton, VA. We are working on developing labels for his Cheddar, Colby, and Gouda cheeses. Can someone point me in the best direction on how/where to obtain a Nutrition Facts panel for each of these cheeses? We are working on labels that would be applied to 8 oz. cheese wedges. The state inspector as well as Organic certification personnel have been very helpful, but I have not yet crossed this hurdle.
