I have come into possession of a large quantity of raw peanuts that I would like to sprout and feed to my chickens. I know that raw legumes contain a trypsin inhibitor and are thus unsuitable for human consumption. Is the same true for chickens?

Yes - the trypsin inhibitor would be a problem for the chickens as well.
