FSMA HARPC Preventive Controls education
I am a CSU Graduate (Microbiology 1979) and have spent the last 35 years in food manufacturing. Currently, the FDA has enacted the FSMA HARPC rule and food manufacturers will be required to comply as of September 2016.
Is there a person at CSU who would be interested in discussing how I might support the CSU Extension service and provide industry experience as well as approved and certified training as a Lead Instructor for Preventive Controls for Human Food.

There is not currently a course taught at CSU on Preventive Controls for Human Food; however we do work with Cornell and the Safe GAPS program, an online training for growers to obtain FSMA certification. Thanks for your inquiry.
