Unknown Plant

Not sure what it is. Photo was brought in by person who received plant as a gift. It was kept outdoors in the summer and then brought indoors this fall.

This is a mandevilla vine, a tropical vine which needs protection in the winter. There is lots of info about overwintering them online. Basically, room temperatures, bright light, no fertilizer, water only enough to keep from drying out. It can also be put in a cooler location such as a garage or basement, as long as temperatures stay about 55-60 degrees F.
