Hello , I'm working in a hydroponic systemic experiment and I'm using broad bean and i have a little problem with it .. After a couple of weeks the upper leaves started to partly turn black and the roots turned black too ( as you can see in the pictures i provided ), what might be the problem and what can i do to overcome come it ? Thank you .

There is definitely a problem caused by a strain of pythium from the water/ media you are using. Is there any sliminess? Does the water smell bad? If not, is the nutrient solution uniformly stirred up and the EC of the water /media within range? What is the temperature of the hydroponic environment? ( ideal water temperature in a hydroponic environment is 68-70 degrees F).
