These are all over fields in Grasonville, Maryland

What is this? Doesn't look like corn. I have no idea what sorghum looks like or if it grows here. Some of these plants are 3-4 feet tall, and there were some that were not even a foot tall. Is it some kind of sterile GMO residual corn? Curious minds want to know

Yes, this is sorghum. Not a problem. Small ones germinated late or are in a less-than-ideal situation, so grew smaller.
