What kind of shrubs is this.

I believe this is Prunus laurocerasus 'Otto Luyken', a small form of cherry laurel. I could identify it with more certainty if you would send a sharp close-up of the flowers. It can get up to 10 ft eventually, but can be pruned to whatever size you want.
