This is a tropical plant called Malpighia coccigera, or Singapore holly (not a true holly). It'll get about 18-24" tall and wide - it is a dwarf plant. It is evergreen, likes sun or part shade and well drained soil, and will produce red berries after the flowers. Anywhere but the tropics it should be grown indoors or in a conservatory.
