For a low maintenance lawn in our area, we recommend a good quality tall fescue turf grass or a blend of tall fescue varieties.
In order to find a 'good quality' seed, we encourage you to check the following publication. The recommended tall fescue varieties have been tested for several years and have demonstrated their durability and viability. Take the list with you and visit a garden center, nursery or farm store.

Also, there are several publications on our website that may be helpful as you plan your strategy to re-establish you lawn.
