What is causing my boxwoods to decline?

I have about 20 boxwoods in my front yard that are on a decline (some faster than others). They started out with yellow tips on the leaves, but now I'm seeing the plant die from the inside out. I've attached a few pictures for your reference. I've tried being really good about watering, but it does not seem to be slowing down the decline.

Many things can cause the symptoms you have mentioned and the photos lack the detail needed to evaluate the possibilities.
