Aquaponics farming in the City of Portland
We are researching to put a small aquaponics system in the basement of our restaurant. The main goal is to grow herbs and greens as a supplement to our restaurant. The protein (fish) would be used in our employee cafeteria or donated. What licenses would I need to start a small aquaponics farm? We are currently planning four 200-gallon fish tanks and eight 4x6 grow beds.
