yellowing leaves on plant

Asked September 22, 2015, 10:19 AM EDT

this is a plant I put outside in the summer and move inside in the winter, and it seems to go through phases where it yellows, as shown in the attached pictures I just took this morning. I'm not sure, but I think this mainly happens in winter. Is this due to temps getting lower recently?

Plants will respond to high or low temperatures and excessive moisture or drought by yellowing leaves. Nights have not been cold enough to cause the leaves to yellow,My guest is the high temperatures and probably excessive moisture. When night temperatures drop into the fifties, its time to bring houseplants back indoors.
