Hello! I have a few basil plants and 2 of them seem to be having a problem. Both of them, their leaves start to turn brown and eventually fall off. If someone could let me know if there's a way to help my poor sweet and globe basil that would be great! Thank you, Heather

I'm afraid your basil is infected with a common fungal infection. This has been such a wet year that we are seeing lots of fungal and bacterial diseases in many plants.

It is late enough in the growing year that any remedial measures (fungicides, etc) will not be effective.

You should consider pulling up all of these plants and salvaging as many leaves as possible. Make sure that you clean everything up, out of the garden. These diseases can persist in the soil and will be back next year to cause problems.
