Can diluted hydrogen peroxide be used as a fertilizer and, if so, with what benefits?

Hydrogen peroxide's chemical formula is H2O2. Since hydrogen and oxygen are already present in soils in considerable quantities, and hydrogen and oxygen are not considered to be "fertilizer elements", it would have little to no value as a fertilizer. Hydrogen peroxide has been shown to have some benefits as a disease control agent.
