Is 4-H an inclusive organization? Is it possible to kick someone out of 4H?

4-H is open to everyone to join. This is our affirmative action statement:
The University of Maryland Extension programs are open to all and will not discriminate against anyone because of race, age, sex, color, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, religion, ancestry, or national origin, marital status, genetic information, or political affiliation, or gender identity and expression.

There are circumstances where a 4-H volunteer or member could be removed from the program. This would be determined at the county level and could be reviewed by the State 4-H Office if it was disputed.
