We don't have "Africanized" bees in Ohio. They are currently only in the southernmost states. Here's a map from USDA from 2011, showing the distribution:

Have any Africanized bees 'cluster/hive' suffered colony collapse disorder in the U.S.?

There is most likely some degree of africanization in all honey bee populations in the United States - but so far african bees are not reported in Ohio.
