I have a site that contains three lots that was merged into one parcel. Now the owner wants to split the property back up to the three lots from the original subdivision. These lots will not meet the minimum lot size or street frontage regulations in the zoning ordinance. Do I have to allow these lots to be split?

The Land Division Act requires compliance with applicable local ordinances to create a valid building site.
So if the proposed splits do not meet zoning, they cannot be split.
