moldy walnuts

it seems that all of my walnuts are moldy when I pick them. What am I doing wrong or need to do right?

There could be a lot of reasons for moldy walnuts and the description is not detailed enough for a good diagnosis. One of the most common problems on walnut is the walnut husk fly. Once the larvae start tunneling around there are many different fungi that can mold the husks, shells and meat of the walnut. Have a look here on how to go after this insect problem:
