gravel path maintenance

The gravel path in my garden has some ruts in it. What is the best way to restructure it?

Gravel path maintenance is generally raking, weeding, and top-dressing with fresh gravel as needed. Ruts may need filling and re-compacting. If caused by water erosion, look at drainage to see if you can resolve the issue before rains return. Perhaps ruts were caused by heavy traffic when soil was wet and is avoidable or a deeper level of compacted gravel is needed.
