Hello, Does frost damage granular or solid (as opposed to liquid) fertilizer, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium for use on lawns or shrubs? I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Julio Velarde

No, generally frost has very little effect on granular fertilizer, as long as the fertilizer is dry. IN general, the most damage is done to granular fertilizer when it gets wet or too hot.
