"Farmers' Market Food Safety Workshop" question
In the June 26th edition of "Pennsylvania Business Central," there is an article titled, "New training programs seeks to improve food safety at farmers markets." At the end of the article, it gives a link where you can get more information. But that link (http://extension.psu.edu/food/safety/courses/farmers-market-food-safety-workshop) states, "There are currently no events scheduled for this course." Do you have an estimate as to when the courses might be made available?
Our I initial offerings were part of our pilot program. We plan to have classes later in the summer provided we can get modifications made. In the meantime, feel free to contact me or other food satety Extension educator to answer any questions you may have.
