Can you help me identify, please? It's really tiny. The blossom probably measures 1 to 1.5 inches, and the butterfly/moth is half that. I almost didn't even notice it! I thought it was kind of pretty. Thanks!

This may be a skipper, one of the micro-lepidopteran. A little book titled "Butterflies of Lane County" has great pictures. It is put out by NABA (North American Butterfly Association) in Eugene. The website is www.naba.org/chapters/nabaes/. This is an active chapter and may be able to get you to the exact species.
Congratulations on an exceptional photo of a very small beastie.
