How do I get rid of corn months in my old chicken coop

Asked June 23, 2015, 11:57 AM EDT

I have an old chicken coop that I have made into a she shed. I cant seem to get rid of these corn months inside the coop! I put month balls around but they don't seem bothered by that at all. What else can I do to keep them out and get rid of them?

Moth balls are more a preventive solution than a therapeutic one. What you need to do is locate the food source for these insects and remove it. A thorough cleaning of the coop is probably in order as well to remove any eggs, larvae, and pupae that may remain.
