I reside in a town home community where we have 27 linden trees. The leaves on some of the trees are turning yellow, wilting and shedding to the ground. I am afraid of losing our trees and am concerned that they may be diseased. Can you please advise.

Yellowing, wilting , and dropping of linden leaves is often caused by like aphids, scales and spider mites. http://www.extension.umn.edu/garden/insects/find/scales/

It may be a good idea to hire an ISA certified arborist to examine the trees.
