Where the inforescence generally occurs

Asked June 11, 2015, 8:06 PM EDT

1. Where on the grape vine is inflorescence to be expected as all I see are the tendrils opposite the leaves.
2 If the vine is not pinched back and is growing longer and longer, will there be additional inflorescence?

You can see here that the grape inflorescenses and/or tendrils will grow opposite a leaf in the spring on large enough shoots.

Inflorescences appear in the spring at the same time from the shoots and additional ones will not appear as the vines grow longer.

Thanks for your response. You have cleared up an issue that I have struggled with for a long time.
