From what I understand, some type of turkey disease is going to hurt turduckin sales this year. Is this true and where might an import possibility be?

Fresh turkey may be limited due to avian flu in the Midwestern USA. Frozen stocks may hold throughout the season. If you are worried, buy a frozen bird and pop it into your freezer for safe keeping. Properly thawed, you can't tell the difference with most recipes.
