I have sawfly larva feeding on my hibiscus. I pulled off the ones I can see but I am sure I missed some. Can I spray it with Bonide? If yes, do I have to hold the leaves so that i can spray both top and bottoms of the leaves? If not, is there anything I could use?

If you have a heavy infestation, you can spray the young larvae with horticultural oil. Follow label directions. See our website for more information http://extension.umd.edu/hgic/sawflies-flowers
