I'm a small business start-up needing a USDA licensed facility to salt and package meat for the market. The meat will arrive already cut into desired pieces. Facility will only be used for salting/curing and packing. Any help? Thanks, Mark Adjetey
This question creates a need for a great deal of additional information. Who is processing the meat into the pieces that are to be salt cured and packaged? Most USDA facilities are prohibited from taking meat in that was not processed on site, so this would not work. What kind of meat is another question that needs to be answered.
