Young veg plant leaves are beginning to look crumpled, no other obvious problem, over watering maybe?

Can you upload some pictures?

This may be due to over watering, seemingly all leafy plants are thus.

I have held back on watering but damage seems to continue.

Thank you

Kevin

It looks like thrips damage. An insecticide such as malathion should take care of them. The distorted leaves will remain that way but the new leaves should be fine.

I garden organically, is there anything else l can use? Do thrips re-visit us, or just arrive in tbe garden once a year for a limited time?

Again, many thanks

Kevin

You can try insecticidal soap or neem oil.

Thank you very much, l will try them.
