I have had this oak tree for 3 yrs. I grew it from a seedling that i brought from the house we had in Victoria. It's been in this pot for 2 yrs now and 2 weeks ago the leaves started turning brown and now all the leaves are brown. please help I don't wanna lose this tree.

It really needs to be in the ground and not in a pot. The tap root is probably bent around the bottom of the pot. It may be rootbound. My suggestion would be to find a place to plant it in the ground. When you take it out of the pot, loosen the roots up some. Dig the hole a little wider than the pot. Also dig it deeper to allow the tap root to straighten out some then cover with soil.
