Our Blue spruce suddenly looks like this. Lost needles turning color. Mostly north side of tree we have 2 of these trees The other evergreen trees are different type and they are fine What is it and is there anything we can do?

Blue spruce is not well-suited for our climate. We generally don't recommend it as a landscape tree. It is susceptible to several diseases - yours appears to have one or more of these. Read here about blue spruce:
