algae red algae and gray algae used to grow now there's some type of pathogen I guess

I used to get grey and red algae. Now, I get some type of disease look like that eats away at fruits and vegetables. I know that area gets lots of water when it rains so I'm thinking it's coming from all the rain. I tried to build area up by amending soil with alpaca poop and miracle grow garden soil, pine bark nuggets in between raised hills last year.

It s difficult to respond with a recommendation without additional information. Can you describe the disease in some detail and the fruits and vegetables that are affected? A picture of the diseased fruits and vegetables would be helpful. Are the fruits and vegetables grown in the same area of the amended soil? Thank you,
