Hello,

I assume you are asking about Annual Sunflower. Seeds may be planted April to mid-May. The will need typical garden soil in a well drained and sunny location. Does not matter how the seed lays in the soil Should be covered with about 3/4 to 1 inch of tilled loose soil. They may be planted 6-8 inches apart.

Happy Gardening.
