Unfortunately it is not safe. The danger zone for foods is the temperatures between 40 °F and 140 °F. This is the temperature range in which harmful bacteria multiply the fastest. If perishable foods stay in the danger zone too long, the food will spoil, meaning there will be no way to kill off the bacteria present in order to make the food safe for consumption. Pizza warms up quickly out of the freezer so it would be in this danger temperature for too long.
