If I leave my okra seed pods on the plant through the winter outside, will the seeds still be good to plant in the spring? I live in Missouri.

Leaving okra seed pods on the plant outside through the winter is not the best method of storage. You will have a diminished germination percentage for certain. What that percentage might be is highly dependent upon the weather since last fall. I suspect that you will have some seeds that have been able to maintain viability.
