Can hydrogen peroxide be used on tomatoes to treat diseases?

When applying any product on your garden, remember that the label is the law. If it not labeled for use on tomatoes, it is not legal to use it on tomatoes. Hydrogen peroxide is a highly reactive chemical (think of all the stains it dissolves), so treat it with great respect. Some commercial fungicide formulations include hydrogen peroxide. But as a home-brew pesticide, I would not recommend it.

Tomato diseases are much better dealt with using good cultural techniques: good sanitation, proper watering, mulching, crop rotation, resistant varieties. Here is a reference:
