Presumably my Giant Sequoia is a rare breed here in Maryland. It is now about 15 years old and has grown at the rate of about 1 foot per year. It now looks to be in decline. The needles are mostly brown and the branches look dry and brittle in spots. I would appreciate some guidance in responding to these symptoms to provide nutrients or support for its continued viability. Thanks! DB

Before we can provide an answer to your question, we would like to see photos of the tree, around the base of the tree, and the brown needles and branches.
