I planted 6 foot norway pines last fall. a few of them have some burning on the pine needles. how much do I water them this spring. Also, what other care do they need so they will grow properly. Thank you

They should get about an inch of water a week either from rain or the hose until the ground is frozen. They need water all summer especially if it is hot and dry. Mulching under trees will help too. Grass is a big competitor for water.
