Will burning primarily honeysuckle in a garden space have any effect on growing vegetables?

I would not recommend ever burning brush or debris on the soil surface that could be used for growing. Burning destroys the organic matter that is there and in our clay-like soils, organic matter is important to keep our soils porous for root development of vegetables or plants.
