I am interested in keeping honey bees on my Baltimore County property. I was able to find the bee hive regulations for Baltimore County online, but need to know whether honey bees are considered by Baltimore County to be "livestock." My HOA covenants prohibit livestock so I may need to address this with them. Are you able to provide a county code or COMAR regulations regarding whether bees are considered livestock in Baltimore County? I appreciate your help.

Your best bet is to contact the beekeeping association in your area, which is very active and up to date on all regulations. Here is the page for the Central Maryland Beekeepers Association, which appears to be offering a training soon: http://www.centralmarylandbees.org/education/courses/
There is a tab for contacting them.
