I have some frozen elderberries, I got the big stems off of them but can't get all the small stems off. If I cook these berries down for the juice, will the juice be poisen?

I would advise against boiling any stems. Click this link to a page maintained by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) which warns of the poisoning from elderberry stems. http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/00000311.htm

While very small amounts of stems MAY not make you ill, I would advise against putting yourself in potential harm's way.
