I tried to powerwash a managed samsung 303 chromebook. Now I cant access and dont have password.

What are my options to get it working?

You should be guided through the login as you did when you originally received the computer.

Thanks but this unit does not allow me to go to developer mode and asks for a password. The previous user is unreachable.

When you "powerwashed" it, you should be setting it back to factory settings or resetting it. I'm not sure what you mean about "previous user." Was this a previous owner and now you own it?

Did you do this?

1. Turn on the device and wait to be presented with the sign-in screen. Do not login.
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R.
3. You will be presented with a large onscreen warning. Click ‘Restart’ to initiate the process.
