I'd like to start a small vegetable garden in my front yard, but our neighborhood has lots of rabbits. Do I need to construct a fence or are there natural ways I can keep them from assaulting my veggies?

There is no effective way to prevent rabbit damage, especially if you have a high population, except by using fencing.
