I would like to plant hardy veggies like cabbage, collards, kale and spinach from seed. I read where these veggies can tolerate 20 degree temps. If I plant the seeds indoors now, will the seedlings be big enough to be able to plant outside in March?

This chart is one of our website's publications and should answer your questions:

There is also another vegetable planting chart (GE008) in the publications under "Vegetable, Fruit & Herb" that gives information in a different format.
